Weekly Sessions are individual session purchases you can use towards a program. Every session equals a training session for the program selected. They have one week expiration date and are more flexible than a subscription plan as you don’t have to commit besides the sessions purchased for the week. With weekly sessions you can purchase any day of the week. Also, with sessions, you can cancel the day before and reschedule for another day of the week within a day's notice as well. Weekly Sessions are more convenient as they don’t require a long term commitment, but also are more expensive and with less benefits than our subscription plans.

A subscription plan allows us to plan out a month of training for your child. With this knowledge, we can properly set goals, work on those goals, assess and evaluate as we have more consistency to collect information and implement the proper plan for the student. Subscription plans are also more cost effective and you can go month to month and adjust it as we go. Its focus is on committed players that are looking for long term development. It also comes with many perks.

The policy for buying weekly sessions are simple. All sessions must first be paid for. You can purchase the amount of sessions you want for the week (1 to 5 sessions), and then schedule them for whichever days you would like, Monday-Friday around the week selected. However, if you are new, your child must first have an assessment lesson, which is complimentary. Sessions must be used during the week from the purchase date. If you don’t attend a scheduled session you won’t be charged but will have to notify the academy the day you will make up the class during the week signed.

What happens here is you pick a plan that works for you, you can choose between packages that offers 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 days a week. After the initial assessment we will recommend the best plan for your kid’s goals and proper development. Every month (4 weeks), unless you tell us otherwise, you will automatically be put back into those days that you chose and your account will be charged accordingly; unless you are paying by check. Days may be changed as long as two things occur: Advanced notice of 24 hours is given, and your new desired session occurs within the month of your billing cycle. No rollovers.

Our monthly subscriptions plans are based on a 4 week training cycle. You can start at any time and your cycle will end once 4 weeks are completed.

If it rains, you will have two options. One, is to come to a day that you are not already attending. You must complete all paid sessions in your given paid month. Which means, sessions will not be able to be rolled over into the next billing cycle. And option two, is to attend the "Make-Up" day the academy will set in case there has been a lot of rain cancelations. So, if and when it does rain, there will be two opportunities to make up the missed session/s.

If this happens, your child will be allowed to come to a different day as long as it is used within the monthly subscription plan, or the week signed if you purchased a weekly package.

You can cancel at any time. This is not a yearlong commitment. You are required to pay before you enroll, but at the end of the month, if you choose a subscription is not for you, you can cancel the subscription, no questions asked.

This is dependent on how old your child is and what level he/she has. Galindo Tennis has created a “player management system” program. Players will need to have an academy rating on file in order to register for classes and programs of certain levels and ages. The academy offers an initial complimentary evaluation to properly evaluate and place your child in the right stage of our developmental pathway. Our desire is to develop all our players so we always recommend on of our programs within the subscription plan because we know that consistency allows to work on your child’s proper development.

Drop-ins are not available for classes with full registrations or clinics, in order to avoid potential over enrollment or disruption in class continuity and quality. Drop-ins are only available if space is available. Payment must be taken prior to the start of class. Please call the academy management to check for space availability and rates depending on the program.

A student may enter the academy by going online to the www.galindotennis.com tennis website and [1] opening an account if you are new or just signing in to create your personal account [2] have the parent fill out the students registration form, with release form, and medical release form attached [3] proceed to pay the program chosen via one-time payment or recurring billing for monthly subscriptions. You can also write a check for the annual program fee (you have notify financial department so they can update your account.
